• Orders & payments — items purchased, order totals, and shipping address. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details, not your full card number.
• Selling information — photos and descriptions of items you submit, inspection outcomes, and payout details (e.g., PayPal/Venmo handle, ACH details, or mailing address).
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, approximate location from IP, and device/browser info, collected via cookies and analytics.
• Communications — messages you send us for support.

• Process orders, submissions, offers, and payouts.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and abuse.
• Improve our products, inventory, and pricing.
• Send transactional messages (order and submission updates) and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and analytics (Google Firebase/Cloud), and shipping carriers — who process data on our behalf.
• Marketplace participants — if you sell on the community marketplace, your display name and listing photos are shown publicly on your listings, and the buyer's shipping address is shared with you so you can fulfill the sale. If you buy a community item, your shipping name and address are shared with the seller for shipping only.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and staff.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

• Access, correct, or update most profile details from your account Settings.
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live (e.g., California/EEA/UK), you may have additional rights such as data portability or the right to object; we honor applicable requests.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and app-level protections — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and respond to incidents.

PoshWorn isn't directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Policy periodically. We'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
