Buying
What does “PoshWorn Verified” mean?
Verified pieces are owned by PoshWorn and passed through our warehouse: hand-inspected with a six-point condition check, washed and refreshed, honestly graded, then photographed and shipped by us. Community listings are sold by individual members and are clearly badged — the condition is described by the seller, not inspected by PoshWorn.
How do condition grades work?
Every item carries a grade: New with tags, Like new, Excellent, Good, or Fair. Verified items are graded by our team after inspection; community sellers self-grade using the same scale. Any notable flaws are called out in the listing photos and description.
Can I negotiate the price?
On community listings, yes — tap “Make an offer” on the product page and the seller can accept, decline, or counter within 48 hours. PoshWorn Verified items are fixed-price.
Is my payment protected when I buy from a community seller?
Yes. You pay PoshWorn at checkout, we hold the funds, and the seller is only paid after your item is delivered. Every order ships with tracking.
What if an item doesn't fit or isn't as described?
See our Shipping & Returns policy for the full details. Verified items are eligible for returns; for community orders that arrive not as described, contact support and we'll make it right — the seller hasn't been paid out yet.
Selling to PoshWorn (instant offer)
How does the instant offer work?
Snap a few photos of each piece, and our pricing engine grades it against live market comparables to make a cash offer in seconds. Accept it and we email you a free prepaid shipping label instantly. Offers are take-it-or-leave-it — no negotiation needed, no fees.
When and how do I get paid?
As soon as your box arrives and passes inspection, we send your payout by PayPal, Venmo, or ACH bank transfer — typically within 2 business days of delivery.
What clothes do you accept?
Clean, wearable adult clothing in good condition: tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, shoes, and accessories. We pass on items with heavy wear, damage, or missing care labels — those are flagged during the photo review before you ship anything.
Selling on the marketplace (list it yourself)
How do marketplace listings work?
Create a free listing with photos, condition, and your price. Buyers can purchase outright or send you offers you can accept, decline, or counter. When it sells, ship within 3 business days — either with your own postage or a prepaid label we provide (deducted from your earnings).
What does PoshWorn charge?
A percentage fee on the sale (shown before you list) with a small minimum. You see your exact net earnings on every listing and every offer before you commit.
When do marketplace sellers get paid?
After delivery is confirmed. Payouts go out by PayPal, Venmo, or ACH — the same payout methods as instant offers.
What are seller reviews?
After a community order is delivered, the buyer can leave a 1–5 star review. Ratings appear on your closet page and product listings, helping trustworthy sellers stand out.

How fast do orders ship?
Verified items ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. Community sellers are required to ship within 3 business days, and every order includes tracking you can follow from your account.
Where can I track my order?
Under Account → Orders. You'll see the live status of every item, including tracking numbers for community shipments.
